Solved Cursors for my forum?

I've made a search on here for help to create a custom cursor for my forum, but came up with nothing.

How can I change my cursor for the forum? I noticed Skorpy has a baby cursor on her forum and would like to do something similar, but obviously a cursor more suiting to my forum.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

where exactly you put the script of cursor on forums .... through control panel .., i know its on HTML but where exactly !
