Special Cursors and Javascript on actual forum (halp!?)

Right, so:

I have made a few pages to test out some javascript/html coding stuffs. They work just fine, except now I can't seem to get them to work on the actual forum, I have looked at everything including the Script Generator (which was completely useless since it was all in French) . Help? I would most like to put the cursor effect on the forum.

These are the pages I have made (ignore the backgrounds its the effects I'm talking about) :

How can I get these effects onto the forum its self? Posting the html in posts didn't seem to work.

I found a way of doing it guys it now snows flashing cats in celebration on my site!
