warning meter help [solved]

i was thinking is there any way that there is like a warning meter kind of like millsberrey frends and family they have i need 1 evrey one is nuts then i can do that so they now how close they are

just look go on google serch millsberry frends go there and then when you see the forum( not website)then look in someones profile like the admins i don't no any way you will see it thats what i want is that posible

i have it on mine if u mean warning bar http://clan-koa.the-up.com/index.htm if u wanna see bar
and to make the bar u go in
admin panel and profiles make a personalized profile select a bar and then u should know the rest

u need to select a bar when u create a personlaized profiile u can select between many things choose a bar
