Chat Box Questions

I have a few questions:

1. Is there anyway to set up the chat box so that a sound can be heard when someone enters or enters a message in there?
   
   
2. The session timeout seems to be too fast, is there a way of adjusting this to where you can stay logged into the chat for a increased amount of time?
   
   
3. We've noticed in ours that sometimes when you enter a message it gets posted up in between older sent messages instead of at the bottom of the chat, is this a common issue or is there someway of correcting this?

Well, Those are good questions.

Questions 1 and 2 are Not possible. If you went to the Administrations Panel, and went to Chatbox, Those are the only things you can do while working with it. If it isnt there, you cant use it.

Question number 3 is hard to understand what your saying, but I think that is common in most chatboxes.
