What would the target link and image (The red parts), what would I put in those places for example?

do you mean on a none forum website. a link to your forum like this one to mine on one of my sites. If you do it all depends on how you build your site.
If it is html then the codes given already will work. If it is some type of easy build website, you will need to follow the instructions there
