embeding .xml menu to forum

hello,

recently i create one flash menu in .xml type (cannot make it on flash bcz its abit complicated menu). im wondering if i can embed this on my forum,

its obvious that i cant upload it like .swf file,so ill upload it via FTP. the problem now is i cannot embed it on my forum

anyone know or already succeed to embed this type of menu on forum?

edit : okay here is situation, i upload menu file via FTP which contain A .xml file, A .swf file & images for that button appearance. when i open it on my FTP webs, its working perfectly but when i try to embed it to my free forum, its wont show. i means its suppose to show since technically i already hosted that .swf file ryt??

i guess my problem is how to embed that .xml file together with that .swf file (bcz seem that flash file not working without that .xml file), i hope ive explain enough and waiting for any of your guys to answer me

edit : Sunny_D take a look to this menu, i already look to source of this pages but cannot find .swf link , so i wondering if there is possibilities this menu can embed to forumation,

edit : just want your guys know that i made that menu using tools, so its auto save to saperate file (.swf & .xml), but i already try upload that .swf file using swfupload.com but its not working since .xml file missing , any idea how to upload both this file on host?
