Thread Minimum? Empty Thread Minimum?

Is there any way I can change the minimum amount of characters I can writte for new posts/threads?

Currently I'm stuck at a minimum of ten and it's really annoying.

Can I make it less?

You can change the min/max amount of characters for a topic title in your admin panel in "General / Forum / Messages & Email" (0 to 255).
