rules on poaching members on forumotion

just wondering what the rules are about poaching members, because i have spend hour and hours advertising my forum only for other forum members to regsiter on my forum and try to poach my members because they are to lazy to do all the stuff i have done for there own forum. it's really doing my head in now, i have stop new members using pm till they have posted 100posts but i think they are loging on and searching for members that have e-mail address in there display profiles.

set the member profiles to admin and or mods.

I see your problem it is slimmy for people to do this.
