Say I get a custom theme made. Would they have to make it CSS in order for it to be put on my forum?

You can make it css or just upload it from hitskin

If someone makes a custom theme for you make sure it works on forumotion... if you are going to import the theme you need it to be in .bbtheme format.

most custom themes have a CSS that needs to be pasted on your forum
