Hierarchy Problems Empty Hierarchy Problems

I haven't used forummotion in a while. The admin panel has changed, and I'm unable to find the area labeled hierarchy. I can't stand not being able to see the category titles, I did a search of this but nothing comes up that matches my question.
I really like forummotion, but if this isn't a factor anymore, then I really don't enjoy it.
