Directing My Forum

Hey...

My forum is http://vault.site-forums.com I have registered an external domain, created myself a CNAME for it, but I still cant have my forums point back to it... My domain is pointing to my forum but not the other way around. I want my forum to point to my domain.

I go to: Admin Panel -> General -> Forum Address

I cant enter in my domain to point properly so when people go on my forum, it shows the domain in the address bar...

Any suggestions....

Ok...

so my forum is
I registered externally http://teamvault.org

I xreated a CNAME for my domain.... : http://forum.teamvault.org


I put in http://forum.teamvault.org in the forum address section of my admin panel, and when I open a new browser page and type http://teamvault.org, it still shows as http://vault.site-forums.com in the address bar.
