I know how to put one on my portal, but how do I put it on the homepage, or for it to show on everypage (like at the bottom?)
HELP PLEASE!

Best place to add it to show in forum/index page is in a widget, like the side bar you see on your left side.

ACP-modules-Portal & Widgets-Forum widgets management-Display forum widgets : Yes / no

Scroll to the botton and edit a widget you don't need or create a new one

So i just have to display the widgets?

You add the code to the widget and then yes display the widget in the forum. Don't forget you can slide the widget to the left or right of your forum
