New members cannot register
They say that this thing comes.'Administrators have forbidden any new members.'
What have i done?

In your admin panel, check these settings below:

- "Users & Groups >> Users >> User Options" -> "Allow new members" must be YES
- "General >> Forum >> Configuration" -> "Forum on holiday" must be set to NO
