I cant back up my site Empty I cant back up my site

When i try to back up my site it says that i have the wrong info.Someone also hacked my website and change it around .So basicaly how do i make it so i can back it up again

You cannot back up your database on a free host. If someone got your password and changed items, use the admins utility option to reset thge forum to a previous date and it will be restored as it was.
