Widgets top 10 posters:
Admin Panel > Modules >Portal + Widgets > Forum Widgets Management and drag the top posters bar to where you want it.

Portal top 10 posters:
Admin Panel > Modules > Portal and Widgets > Portal Management > Structure and drag the top 10 posters to where you want.

Colorizing usernames:
Admin Panel > Users and Groups > Users > User options > Colorize Usernames? Select yes.
