Viewing the Forum - Members Only

Hi guys, ive done a search but couldnt find the answer to this. I would like to make it that only members can view the whats been written on the forum pages, but at the same time that guest can see all the forums that are avaliable.
When i modify the forums so only members can view and post, those forums are hidden so guests cant see whats avaliable, can anyone help, cheers.

I would like the same set-up as the link below if possible.

you need to change the permissions of your forum
admin panel-> general -> categories and forums -> forums permission control

set the forums that you want only members to view. If its set at all tehn everyone sees it... change it to members so only registered users can see the forum or change to admin so only admins see it
