Forum has disappeared Empty Forum has disappeared

[b]My forum has disappeared and all i get is this

"The administrator of this forum is processing a maintenance. You can�t access this forum for the moment.

For more details, contact the administrator of this forum ".

Anyone help me please ...

I am the administrator of my forum.
However if i log in i can see the whole forum. Others cannot , how can i amend so others can see without log in...

If you goto your admin panel then click on general then configuration look on thr right of the page a box headed general scroll down you will see a choice of yes or no for forum under construction make sure no has the dot in it.
