What i mean is if there is anyway to set a preference that you want to be the primary for all members. so if they want to take it off they could. if that didn't make sense: you know how if you go to your preferences, and you see that pop ups on new pms are automatically disabled. can u make it so it is automatically enabled unless members change it??

The default value of profile preference settings cannot be changed. Most users don't like popups anyway or they are being blocked by popup blockers.
