Do you mean a custom domain name? There is a tutorial available here.

If you already own a domain, you can create a redirect the whole domain or a subdomain to your forum as described in this tutorial.

I think so but you need to have alot of credit so you can change up the disign of the theme.

A forum and a website are two entirely different things, so your question doesn't make sense.

If you're talking about transferring your forum to a private hosted forum, the answer is no - you can't transfer the database.

If that's not what you're asking ... I have no idea what you're talking about.
