HOW CAN I TURN THE Confirmation code OFF - AFTER POSTING A TOPIC? I WANT THAT THE FORUM IS OPEN TO EVERYBODY.

you cannot turn the confirmation code off. and to answer your second question you would have to go in and manually add a member to a group
