Making links unavailable until you reply

Hey can someone tell me where i can find this script plz and thnkz.

When the admin posts a link in a topic you can't see the link unless you reply to the post.

To hide text from members who haven't posted, you can use the BBCode "Hide". It looks like this:

How do you put automatic coding to image on it and placing a text Please reply in order too see what is hidden? How do you do that?
