I install the Portal and i don't know how I make Announcements be in there i mean if i write some messages in my forum and is forum news I wanna the posts be there
( News in portal )

you need to go to your portal settings ... and go to structure

then go to your news block and click the edit button Portal, Editer
then scroll down to :
"Board of the news :" and select the forum your portal must read

admin panel-> modules -> portal management
and follow the steps above
