Image Border Help

How can I put a image border in my forum? [In the Body line color:] Like the next picture.



Because I am boring to see alway a color picker, but no a image selection.

You cannot add an image as a border... that is currently impossible on the net.

but don't worry... soon the new version of CSS will be launch... CSS3
with CSS3 you will be able to add images as your border
