More Staff

I Umm not sure i should say this or not but I think there should be more staff here considering no of members if way past 10,000

Umm how to say this...

For example there should be more moderators
you can promote your trusted members

also the heirarchy of graphics section should change!
Only 2 designers??
hellboy999 and Jalokim??
I think there should be more considering some existing members like Axil(or something) and others help out occasionally in graphics request area so i propose

Hellboy999 and Jalokim -- Head Designers
Axil and others - Assistant Designers
some others selected through a test - Novice Designers
this will relieve hellboy999 and jalokim of burden speed up things and credit others

Same way there should be more moderators to rectify naughty posts and abusive spamming users!

Yes I think we should have aleast 4 more people on staff so they can Watch the Forum

i think they are going to be strict when picking staff as they had trouble with some designers who never came back.

its the admins choice, and i already mentioned that there should be a test

for graphics Jalokim add them
plus they like to see professional designs.

hmm .. ur right i think guys like axil, nix and maybe you should be given a chance by jalokim

more precisely they should hold a contest in contest section of graphics category

i could be a graphics person cause im skilled with photoshop and flash. thus making me capable of doing most any request.

Its true there should be more Graphic Designers in here, so requests will be done faster & more attempts!

Lets not argue about who should be trusted or not , I think they already know how to decide who shuld be trusted and who should not!
but thats only the moderators case

Here's my take at no

moderators -5 more making it 7 , 1 moderator to cover 4 hours, and one in spare
graphics designers - 5 to 8 more but dozen won't hurt give we all are busy
sometimes!

Yes Think that would work but for Graphic Designers there isnt really not that much people
maybe like 6

i agree that we need more staff but not the amount that you are proposing, and I would like about 3-4 GFX. this way we could get the best ones in there while not lowering the standards for admission.

I do not think that PM'ing him is such a good idea because that will not bring you any closer to getting this approved. He will check this when he gets back on.

I say yes too, I think a few new staff could be good. dragonfir731's been doing a really good job with helping people and today alone he's been a real big help here with trying to calm the "posting" riot. Anime does some really good graphics so does dragonfir731, Cherry_Blossom_2 and Scamite (Iknow, already a MOD but still, good gfx)

In a way i see that we could use some more. Possibly.

Hey,

I believe there is no worry, Moderators work a lot but they do everything just fine so even if more staff came the work would be done same way
Placehold is answering so many questions everyday, and Jalokim too! (specially with the scripts those days)


And I am negative to the graphics. 2 is fine since we help each other with graphics and all works are completed!

P.S Though I vote yes because I want another moderator like a Placegirl (see topic the new update) for Placehold! ..[I am not voting on that one]

i vote meh for GFX designer. i am skilled with photoshop and flash. and i do a lot of requests here.

it is hard for you to be picked
almost everyone is skilled with any designing program and they wont make it
you need to show professional work and do alot of request
