Why am i keep getting emails?

I keep getting emails everytime a member of mine posts!!

The emails says You are watching the topic blah blah and click the link below to unwatch this topic.

I click unwatch and later more emails still come!

How do i stop this?

Hello.

You are still receiving emails because the change you did is effective only for topics posted AFTER.

For topics posted BEFORE, you go to your profile > you click on the "Watched topics" tab > you mark all watched topic and you stop watching them.
