My forum is having weird problems with the Mod Tools... help!!!!!

My forum will not let me use the Mod tools. when i try it...says session has timed out I know i'm not crazy and i have checked everything. some peoples post are showing up in a different language. Please help me!!!!!!

I just noticed there has been some posts lost since this morning whats up with this?
eveyone that is logged in is also logged in the chat box and it doing its by itself. ALot of the post are also turnign to spanish.

I understand...it just seem like you get little to no response on here when you have problems. I hope there working on it cause mine is going nuts. I have never had any problems from mine since Jan. and its very active we have over 26,000 posts. This is really the first problems i have ever had and its only been since this last upgrade. I just hope they get it corrected soon.

my tools seem to be ok in my site maybe its fixed now but i do keep getting the photobucket thing come up saying that it can't find the code or some thing like that
