Shadow when moving Topic is not working Empty Shadow when moving Topic is not working

I and one of the Mods on my forum have attempted to move and shadow a topic several times now and the shadow portion is not working.

I saw a post where someone said it needed to have a certain number of posts for the shadow to work, but I don't believe this would be the problem as there are 9 posts in the topic that was moved.

Can someone help me out here and explain why the shadow might not be working?

New development on this. The shadow is now working, but it's moving the shadow way back in the index according to when the first post was made.

Is anyone looking into this??
