Solved move topic shadow old forum NOT WORKING -- HELP!

When I move a topic from a forum to a different one, i click the leave shadow topic in old forum button, but it doesn't leave the shadow. HELP!!!

It only leaves the shadow for a while,and after you view the shadow topic,the shadow will be gone.

OKay, but when i move the topic and go back to that original forum, it's not there at all. My problem is I don't think it's creating it... Is there something I have to configure first?
