Forum permisission for users rank

Heya all,
i have a lil suggestion but it will be good for our forum.
Let give forum permission option to each user rank which we created just like user group. So we didnt need to add each member who has reached each rank level to give them permission to open any forum. Ie: lower rank members they will be able to watch and write to one or two forums that we have given access to that rank, and upper rank they will be able to accessing all or any forum that we have given to that rank to access it.
Isnt it great to control each member to access each forum that we have created? We didnt need create a new group to each member that have reached any level of member rank.

are you suggesting something like yahoo answers?
you have to post so many posts or replies to get to the next level.
you can only do so many posts or replies a day depending on your rank.

Thats the general idea that im personally getting from this.
