I just spent a total of 900 of my paid credits to remove the google ads on my forum. The first time it was my fault that I selected to remove ads that weren't affecting my registered members and paid 300 credits for this...my fault by STILL it was a mistake and I got nothing for my payment.
After this, I went back into my admin control panel to extend the length of time to have these ads removed for my guests and anonymous visitors and spent an additional 600 credits to have ads removed for another 6 months and nothing has changed. I really don't expect to lose 900 credits and for absolutely nothing.
Can someone from management please advise me here?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!
