Different Skins Empty Different Skins

Well i recently went onto a naruto site and they had like a click/drop down menu with around eight different skins on it when you click it, it changes to the selected. I was wondering how do you do this because it could be quite handy.

You can always leave a bote in the suggestions forum for this idea
