catagory's not showing up? Empty catagory's not showing up?

hey, i am using my administration panel to add a catagory, but when i go to preview my forum, it doesn't show up! is there a problem because it is a new forum?

Admin Panel\Display\Index packing

Choose the one that you want.

It will take time to show up.
Mybe 2-5 minutes.

categories wont showing if you didn't set up hierarchy for your forum. If you don't attach any forum to this new categories, its also not showing up.
