Admin Password Not Working!!!

I've tried and tried and tried to get my password to work and it's not working. I don't understand this. I use the same password for most of stuff online, so I don't know why this isn't working. Ugh! It won't let me reset my password either. I sent a message a mod, anyone know how long it usually takes to get a response? I know they're busy, just needing to know if I'm the only one having this problem. I'm registered as a member, but I really don't want have to remake my forum all over again. This is the second time this has happened.

Someone make have guessed your password and gotten into the admin cp.

Try restoring your forum.

Also, do not use the same password everywhere. If someone finds it out they would have access to everything.

How do I restore the forum?

STOP!!! NOONE CAN CHANGE THE FOUNDERS PASSWORD!!!
only the founder can do that!!!! I have tried it before.

Tip: dont use the 1 password everywhere....its eaiser to hack!
To restore ur forum you need access to the admin panel(atleast the restoration tools, which only the founder can use).

If you need to reset ur administration/founder password you need to PM typlo or eximma..no-one else.

I am the founder of the forum, but I dunno what happened. I've tried resetting the password and it says my account is inactive or password is incorrect. I've followed the instructions from the original I recieved when I created the forum. This is the second time this has happened. Both times happened after I cleaned out my cookies on my computer. Now the password won't work. Am I just gonna have to make a whole new one and not erase my cookies?

How about this, allow time for typlo and/or eximma to reply to ur request, change ur password then wright it down somewhere safe and enable the "admin reset password" option
And whilst ur makeing ur password make it one only you will remember

That'll work. LOL! I just don't wanna have go through the trouble of making the forum all over again. LOL! It takes hours! I'm sure you know what I mean. Thanks for your help. I'll wait a few weeks and hope someone can get back to me. I've seen them help others out with the same problem, so I'm sure they can help me with mine as well.

When you're waiting for a response from one of the mods, where does the message go to? I dunno if I'm looking in the right place because I've not gotten anything about my lost password yet.
