help me with admin problem of my own site.

i have made my own forum but!!!
i logged offline and i forgot my pass word and if i try to logg in i can't
so i tried with forgot password mode and i get new password has send to admin panel but how i can check it if i can't LOGG IN PLS HELP ME ... Crying or Very sad

edit!!
I can't log in on my own site because i forgot my password.
I want that they send a new password to my email but they send to
the adminstrator panel but if i can't log in how can i go to the admin pannel?
