Banned [solved]

Well, I had to ban a person for a day, and I looked to see if he could come on, it says he is not banned for a day, it says 0, and he e-mailed me and said he could not get one, is there a problem?

If its set to 0 however in the profile in the admin panel it still show's banned then the user will be banned until you set it back to active

1. Navigate to:

Admin Panel\users & Groups\Search Users

2. Search for the users and select their name

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page

4. Where it says "User is active :" on the right hand side, check the "Yes" box and press "save"

The user should now return back to active
