Basically, you can only set it to User, meaning they get the email, or Admin, which means that the administrator (you) will have to do it, you could suggest this in the suggestions section if you want

Well it will also be good to allow the admin to disable it because most of the time alot of times the activation link ends up in the junkbox. And lot of people don't activate due to that nature
