Verification e-mail

Someone tried making a user on my forum and i have my forum set to personal activation so they have to check their e-mails, follow the link etc. However, one of the users used his correct e-mail address, created the user and then waited for his e-mail. It hasn't come and he double checked his e-mail address to make sure it was right and it was and tried to re-make the user. The forum said the e-mail was already in use and wouldn't let him make the user again. Was just interested if there's a way of seeing pending users awaiting authorisation and/or trawl through them, delete or reset them etc?
