No Emails coming through. Another way to activate?

I have several people telling me that they have registered for my forum and I do not have emails to activate them. They say they get the confirmation email and everything but yet I can not activate them since I do not have an email. Is there any other way to activate them personally without having the email? Possibly from the admin panel. I do not want them to activate themselves. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks.

I am having the same problem.

In admin Panel,
users & groups>users>Inactive users

You can select the users and activate them.

But, i would suggest to find the cause for this.

In admin Panel,
users & groups>users>UsersOptions
New accounts activation : Check it to user, then they will be able to get the emails & activate by clicking on the links provided to them.

I do not want them to be able to activate it themselves. So this will work just fine.

I thought there was a problem for you in receiving mails.
