Need my avatar cropped

I'd like to have my avatar pic cropped so that the black background doesn't show. It's tough because of the irregular shape, and I'm not computer savvy enough to do myself. Can someone help?

Cropping is easy... do you mean cut-out the image and make the black background transparent? ^^
