    Can an Admin/moderator of a forum see who has voted what in a poll?

    Yes it is possible, but only for administrators as access to admin panel is needed

    admin > misc > statistics - summary of the votes

    You can only see most active voters, not HOW they cast their votes.
    unless you only have one poll and one voter! Wink
