Bump Feature

The Bump feature would be a button from a drop down menu in any topic that you could click on, and it will bump yor topic to the top of the list. This feature should be able to customized by the admins. The cutomizable parts should be how many times the topic maker is allowed to bump his topics, and what forums are allowed fro the members to bump in, for example. This should stop the spammish posts that simply say "Bump" or so, to bump their topics.

Agree or Disagree?

Disagree, you can make a post rather than "bumping" because by posting ur bumping already and its increasing ur post-count.

This i do not see as something that should be implimented because it would be of no-use to users or admins.
