How do I export my template?

I am using forumotion for a while now, and since I have soon figured that I can't control almost anything having the forum built under you're servers, I thought of implementing one on my own server!

At first, I wanted the Database to not to loose members or posts on the transitions...
I found out that forumotion doesnt give the Dattabase. Now what I want to know if it's possible, is to export my forumotion template, and install it in another phpBB3 board held in my server?

can some on tell me if this is possible, and if it is, how can i do it?
