I hope I explain this correctly:

Arrow You would have to pay points to keep this going on your site.
Arrow Some people collect comics, baseball cards collectable miniatures and I was hoping for a program for the site to be able to track your collections.
Arrow The program will be able to be edited by the site owner (admin) as to be able to add catagories (sets) etc
Arrow Each approved member (approved by admin) would be able to have one of these that they can edit thier collection info (This line added after orginal posting)

I will try to answer any questions you may have.

here is an example of something I am talking about, this is a program that tracks collectable Dungeons and Dragons Miniatures:
