Member is not visible??
Hello,
I am facing a problem and don't why is it.
A new member has registered in my forum and I am unable to see his/her name in the member list, who's online and everywhere and even that member is online. A mail was sent to me that a new member has registered and that I can see his/her profile. I can only view that member profile.
Why is that??
2. How to change the date of the forum overall not just in profiles?
Thanks.

I don't really understand why you cant. Are you getting any error messages when you try looking for the members profile?

Re: Member is not visible??
I can view member's profile in public and in admin zone too. That member is online but you know the option we have "Who's online" this member is not visible there. When I search that member it says "no such member exists" and even the member is in the forum. When some new member registers the option at the bottom of the forum says"newest member" in my forum it still has the member who was registered before this one. And surprisingly this member's ID color is the one I specified for Admins but her/his rank is not of admin, thank god.
I don't know why is this problem, I wonder if the member is able to post.
I did it for the time but it didn't changed date.

Re: Member is not visible??
Sounds like the member tried registering but never activate their account.
The date is the same step above.

Thanks for your help.
Why someone would not activate their account. Is it possible that they don't know??

Re: Member is not visible??
If you have it set to that. Go check,
Admin Panel >
Users & Groups tab >
Users options >
Scroll down to New accounts activation :, and select how you want members to be activated. Save the new settings
Hope that helped,
Rok

Either they forgot to activate it themeselves, or you have it set to Admin which requires the activation of an admin.bluey wrote:Thanks for your help.

Thank you so much. All you were very helpful. I think the member forgot to activate her account but I activated her now through the Admin panel.
Thank you all.
