Support Page

I saw a Forum with a Support Page and I don't know how to add that to my Forum.

Here is a Picture of the Support Page:




the URL of the Support Page is http://dojopenguins.net/support-h3.htm

and I try it with my own Forum but it didn't work.

How can I do that?

I don't know about a support page,
but you can activate the CONTACT us feature
General > Message and Email>> Contact Form :
chose who/how you want to receive contact.
