Im the administrator of www.livera.forumotion.com. I've looked all over and I cant see how to post a sticky message?

When you create a new topic, at the bottom of the page you will see "options".
Clic on the how do i make a sticky? Tabs_more next to it, and the Sitcky & Announcement options appear thumright
