How do I make a topic a sticky? Empty How do I make a topic a sticky?

I used to be able t do it with a different skin, but I switched to a new skin and the option sin't there anymore. How can I fix this?

Hello,

you may have to open the "-" button next to the "options" bar to get the options to show up Wink

in some skins the option and place varies
which skin r u using????
