placing the sign in form & others adds on beside the forum

hello! i really appreciate if anybody can help me to create an appearance of my forum just like this forum

for 2 , go to admin panel, and go to general, configuration, and you should see the site description. and type in whatever you want.

Alright, let's see...

1. Go the the administration panel
2. Select "Display"
3. Then look the the "Home Page" category, select Headers and Navigation.
4. There's an option called "Logo Position" select "Center." It centers the forum name, banner, and description, the entire package!

You might need to reduce the width of the forum itself.
In the Admin panel click on General
Go to configuration
scroll down to page structure and reduce the width to 80% or something.
