Playlist help Empty Playlist help

Hi i am new to this so i will try as much as i can.I want to add a playlist on my forum i have the code but every time i change page/category/forum it reloads and starts from the top. is there a special code i must put or an option to click so all widgets or just this stop reloading every time??
any suggestion is welcome
