colour changes

hello im setting up a new forum, almost done but when checking stuff i found out that when i attempt to post a new topic in 1 of the forums , the text such as "subject" and other general text on the page is a light grey colour making it really hard to read, is there any way to change that to a black so its readable.

the default text button colour such as the "open poll form" button are bright yellow, id also like to change this if someone can tell me how please

Oooh... the theme has been badly adapted.
It has completely different colors on IE and FF.

I suggest using a different theme or contact MEX... he is the author and this theme needs a fix.
